Juicy Lamb Chops

Hey my lovelies!


Today I made one of my absolute favourites, lamb chops! Lamb chops are definitely my go-to when it comes to eating red meat, there are so many different ways you can marinate them and so many sides you can have them with!


I served mine with fluffy garlic mashed potatoes which I will definitely post on my blog soon. As always the best results will come if you let your meat marinate overnight but if you're short on time they'll still be tasty.

Ingredients

8 lamb chops

1 tsp garlic & coriander

1 tsp thyme

1 tsp complete seasoning

1 tsp all-purpose

1/2 tsp cumin

1/2 tsp oregano

2 tsp olive oil

Juice of 1/2 a lemon


Method


  1. Wash your lamb chops and dry with a paper towel

  2. Add olive oil, all seasonings and lemon juice to a bowl and mix

  3. Add your seasoning rub to your lamb chops, cover with cling film and leave in the fridge to marinate preferably overnight

  4. Add 2 tablespoons of butter to your skillet over a high heat

  5. Add lamb chops to your pan and cook for 2 minutes on each side, turn lamb chops to the fatty side and cook for a further 1 minute

  6. Place the lamb chops on a plate and let rest for 5 minutes

  7. Serve and enjoy!
